🎓 Quick pronunciation tip while I have you:
Did you know that in English, the letter “t” is not always pronounced /t/?
Say these words out loud:
• butter 🧈
• water 💧
• better
• little
In natural spoken English the t in the middle of these words becomes a soft, fast tap — almost like a /d/.
This is called the flap T — and it’s one of the reasons native speakers sound fast and fluid.
Most learners never learn this. They keep saying a hard /t/ and wonder why they sound stiff.
