I don’t hate scripts.
I’ve written them for years.
The issue is people expect scripts to carry the whole conversation.
But real people don’t follow scripts.
They pause. They go sideways. They say things you didn’t plan for.
Scripts are useful early on.
They give structure and confidence.
But eventually you need a call guide.
Something that helps you think, listen, and ask better questions in real time.
If a script ever felt “right” but still didn’t work,
