The hidden reason most closers struggle to stay consistent in sales
The hidden reason most closers struggle to stay consistent in sales is not lack of skill… it’s lack of structure.
I used to think closing was all about confidence and “knowing what to say.”
But over time I noticed something different.
Some days I could close easily.Other days I’d do everything right and still get nothing.
That inconsistency made me question my approach.
What I eventually realized was this:
Top closers don’t rely on motivation or mood. They rely on a repeatable process that carries them even on off days.
Once I started focusing more on:• qualification instead of chasing every lead• controlling the flow of the conversation• understanding real buying signals• and tightening my follow-up system
Everything started to feel more predictable.
Not easier… but more controlled.
And that’s the real difference most people miss.
Curious if anyone else here has experienced that shift from “trying harder” to actually building a system that works consistently?
I don’t check this platform that often, easier to chat on Gmail stevejosie83@gmail.com i will be expecting you guys message
