The hidden reason most closers struggle to stay consistent in sales
The hidden reason most closers struggle to stay consistent in sales is not lack of skill… it’s lack of structure. I used to think closing was all about confidence and “knowing what to say.” But over time I noticed something different. Some days I could close easily.Other days I’d do everything right and still get nothing. That inconsistency made me question my approach. What I eventually realized was this: Top closers don’t rely on motivation or mood. They rely on a repeatable process that carries them even on off days. Once I started focusing more on:• qualification instead of chasing every lead• controlling the flow of the conversation• understanding real buying signals• and tightening my follow-up system Everything started to feel more predictable. Not easier… but more controlled. And that’s the real difference most people miss. Curious if anyone else here has experienced that shift from “trying harder” to actually building a system that works consistently? @Matias Postay Solid intro, Matias. You’re basically sitting right at the intersection where serious founders actually need help, so your positioning makes sense. Curious though, what’s been your biggest friction so far, is it finding founders with real inbound flow, or getting access to decision makers quickly once you do? @Alisson Redondo That’s a strong combo to focus on 👌 setting and closing together usually gives people a big edge once they start getting real reps in. What part feels more challenging for you right now, getting the conversations started or actually closing them? Community pulse check (important) 🚨
Over the past few months, I’ve noticed a big increase in job posts inside the group. While opportunities can be valuable, I don’t want this community to turn into a dumping ground for job posts. It needs to stay useful and actually help YOU win. So I need your honest feedback. Poll Question: have you personally connected with someone who posted a job opportunity in this group? 1. Yes - and it was legitimate 2. Yes - but it wasn’t a good fit 3. Yes - and it felt sketchy/not legitimate 4. No - I haven’t reached out to any 5. I was the one that posted the job opportunity Please vote below, and if you did connect, drop a comment and let us know: 1. Was it legit? 2. Was it commission-only? 3. Did it turn into an actual role? 4. Would you recommend others apply? At the end of the day, this group is supposed to be about getting better at sales, not just scrolling through job posts. If people are actually landing legit roles from this community, l’ll better organize it. If it’s mostly clutter, I’ll tighten things up and get back to real sales conversations. Appreciate everyone being real and transparent here. Your feedback matters, so please drop a comment if you’ve had firsthand experience. Vinnie

I Lived on $600 a Month… Here’s What Changed
For a long time, my entire life ran on just $600 a month. I worked as a non-teaching staff member at a small college. I showed up every day, did my job well, and gave it everything I had. But no matter how hard I worked, it never felt like enough. The bills didn’t wait. Family responsibilities kept growing. Unexpected expenses always showed up at the worst time. At the end of every month, there was nothing left. Some days, I skipped meals just to make things stretch. Some nights, I couldn’t sleep because I was stuck thinking about how I’d get through the next month. I felt tired, stuck, and honestly… invisible. Then something changed. I reconnected with an old friend, someone who used to be in a similar situation but had found a way out through an online business. There was no pressure, no hype. She simply told me,“Let me show you what worked for me.” She walked me through everything step by step. I won’t lie, I doubted myself at first. I had no experience, and part of me was scared it wouldn’t work. I kept thinking, “What if this is just another setback?” But I decided to try anyway. And little by little, things started to shift. In my first week, I made more than I expected.By the end of my first month, I had already earned more than my monthly salary. That was the first time in years I felt real hope. Fast forward to today, through consistency, commitment, and the right guidance, I now earn over $32,000 a month, something I never imagined when I was struggling to survive on $600. I’m not sharing this to impress you. I’m sharing this because: - Your current situation doesn’t define where you can go - Struggles are temporary, not permanent - One decision, one step, can completely shift your life If this speaks to you and you want to learn more, you can message me directly on WhatsApp:+1 (579) 566-5359 You might be closer to a breakthrough than you think.

Feeling stuck financially? Read this.
Many people don’t talk about how heavy it feels to work hard every day and still feel like you’re barely moving forward. For a long time I lived on about $600 a month. I showed up to work, stayed responsible, did everything expected of me, but the money never matched the effort. Bills kept piling up. Unexpected problems always came at the worst time. There were days I reduced how much I ate just to make my money last longer. Some nights I couldn’t even sleep because one question kept repeating in my mind: “How long can I keep living like this?” What hurt most wasn’t just the money. It was the feeling of being stuck while life seemed to be moving forward for everyone else. Then something small happened. I spoke with an old friend who had once been in the same position. There was no hype and no pressure. She simply said: "If you’re open, I can show you something that helped me change things." At first I almost ignored it. Doubt is loud when you’ve struggled for a long time. But I decided to listen. That single decision started changing a lot for me. Not just financially, but mentally too. For the first time in years, I felt relief and possibility. One thing I’ve learned is this: your current situation isn’t always your final situation. If this story feels a little familiar to you, feel free to send me a private message. I’m always open to sharing what I learned.
