✨ Yesterday’s Safe Steps Training – What a Day! ✨
I spent yesterday at one of our care homes delivering the full Safe Steps training package, and honestly… what a brilliant group.
We covered all 6 modules, and the engagement was spot-on. Lots of open discussion, real-life examples, and genuine curiosity from the team about how to strengthen their falls-prevention approach.
The feedback absolutely made my day too, 8 out of 8 staff gave a 5-star rating across every single module. 🙌More importantly, they shared how the insights will help them feel more confident in practice, which is exactly what this training is all about.
I always leave these sessions reminded of how much passion there is in social care, and how powerful shared learning can be. Yesterday was no exception.
