I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to barrel through the week on autopilot. Especially in healthcare and caring roles, we give, give, give, and forget to pause.
Here’s a tiny reset I use between tasks (takes less than 2 minutes):
1. Drop your shoulders
2. One deep breath in through the nose, long slow exhale
3. Ask yourself: “What actually needs my energy right now?”
It’s such a small thing, but honestly… it changes the whole direction of my day.
