🎁👩🏽💻Gifts of the Spirit 🕊️— Start Here Is Ready
You’ve been waiting, and I’ve been preparing — the Start Here section for our Gifts of the Spirit course is now in place. You’ll find a gentle welcome, an overview of how the course flows with our Thursday nights, an orientation to spiritual gifts in Scripture, and a few optional reflection tools—including a weekly study guide you can use throughout the teaching. There’s nothing you have to complete right now—this is simply an invitation to begin familiarizing yourself with the space at your own pace. We’ll officially begin the teaching next Thursday, and this gives you a chance to settle in, explore, and come with questions if you’d like. I’m looking forward to walking through this together.

Recording with Teaching and Q&A: GIFT Orientation in Scripture
Biblical gifts are expressions of God’s grace given for purpose, stewardship, and service, and they appear in Scripture in from the first mention of Cain's and Abel's offerings to the work of the Holy Spirit in the New Testament. Approaching gifts with clarity and restraint protects both the giver and the receiver, ensuring that gifts are stewarded responsibly, interpreted within Scripture rather than preference, and exercised in humility, order, and love rather than haste, comparison, or self-promotion.
