What's an askfirmation?
You know how traditional affirmations can feel a bit hollow — like you're telling yourself something your mind doesn't quite believe yet? An askfirmation flips that. Instead of stating something as fact, you ask your brain a question that assumes it's already true.
Your mind is wired to go looking for answers. So when you ask "why am I so calm under pressure?" — it doesn't argue back. It starts searching for proof. And that's where the shift happens.
This week, take a quiet moment. Light a candle, open your journal, write the question at the top of the page — and just let whatever comes, come.
