You were never doing this alone. You only forgot to ask. Many of us are living through one of the hardest times of our lives right now. Dear one, I want you to know this. Support is always there. Not only the human kind. We all have a team. Call it God, source, the divine, whatever word is yours. And around it, a spiritual, celestial team. Guardian angels. Helpers of every kind. Archangels, ascended masters, even our own ancestors. They are all part of it. Once, prayer sat at the centre of daily life. People blessed the food on the table. They asked for health. Protection for the home. Safety for the newborn, the newly wed, the land itself. A word for the sceptics. Prayer is not religion. It came long before churches. Long before doctrine. Long before anyone told you how to do it. Prayer is building a relationship with something greater than yourself. Speaking. Listening. Asking. Giving thanks. And slowly learning to trust that you are heard. That you are supported. Many of us still give thanks before we eat. We feel gratitude for what works, from sunrise to sunset. But here is what I have watched for years. Most of my clients do not ask for help from above. Nor do most of the people I speak with. Especially when life becomes overwhelming. So I encourage them to connect with something higher. To build the trust. To build the faith. It is as if they need permission first. A ceremony. A right way to do it. As if they might get it wrong. Do I sit a certain way? What words do I use? Do I light a candle? Do I speak out loud? Do I hold a crystal? No. No need for any of it. Only what feels true. Follow the nudges. Ask for what you need. At first it may feel uncertain. Like standing on unknown ground. Maybe even a little ridiculous. Like a language you forgot you once spoke. Then it becomes natural. And one day you notice you are in constant conversation with the divine. Many people ask for a parking space and feel delighted when one appears. Good. But why stop there?

I have been walking a spiritual path for as long as I can remember. From the very beginning, I felt a deep connection to things unseen, even when I was too afraid to fully trust or follow them. Somewhere inside, I always knew. Past lives, karma, the soul. These truths felt familiar to me, as if my heart recognised what others needed to learn. Again and again, life brought me to the edge of the veil, asking me to look beyond it. When I finally stepped into my work as a therapist and healer, my gifts began to unfold, one by one. With each step, more of who I truly was came into focus, and everything started to make sense. Now, I offer that same invitation to you. A space to reconnect with your own deep inner knowing, to awaken the wisdom that has always lived within you, and to remember the gifts that were never lost, only waiting to be reclaimed.
