I'm Vanessa, a licensed psychoanalyst who left a 12-year practice to follow what I knew was true: healing lives in the body, the dream, and the spaces between us — not just in the mind.
My work weaves together Jungian depth psychology, somatic practice, shamanic traditions, and plant medicine integration.
