New moon is happening in 33 days
🌿 Meditation Flow • Adventure Time 🌊
Hi beautiful souls 🤍 This little adventurer is heading back into nature today. With the grounding energy still surrounding us after the Full Moon, it feels like the perfect moment to slow down, reconnect, and recharge. Time for some ocean therapy, meditation, inspiration, and creating new chakra meditation videos for July. I can't wait to share them with you. ✨ Now I'm curious... How is your Tuesday going so far? - What's been on your heart today, and what has felt most aligned for you? 🌙

Tuesday 🌿 Walking Meditation • Earth Energy
Hi beautiful souls. I loved the beautiful post @Melvinia Ford shared recently about the Throat Chakra, and it inspired today's walking meditation. ( All chakra's from Melvinia you can find now in a classroom ) Even though the Full Moon reached her peak last night, we don't rush into the next phase here. We stay with her energy a little longer. Sometimes we move through life so quickly that we miss the lesson that is still right in front of us. Here in Sacred Circle, we slow down. We give ourselves space to listen before moving on. This Full Moon in Earth energy gently reminds us to become honest with ourselves. Sometimes we already know the answer, but our minds become so busy that we stop hearing our own voice. The Throat Chakra isn't only about speaking to others... it's also about speaking your truth to yourself. That's why today's meditation is a walking meditation. 🧘 Walking Meditation ( Below in comments ) 🤍 Reflection Question There are so many different ways to meditate, and I honestly think every person connects with something different. Some people love breathwork. Others enjoy walking meditations, visualization, sound healing, or simply sitting quietly in nature. There isn't one "right" way. The most beautiful meditation is often the one that helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself. I'm really curious... What kind of meditation do you enjoy the most? Or have you only ever tried breathing meditations and never explored anything else? Share your favorite practice, something you'd love to try, or maybe inspire someone else. I'm always curious to discover new ways of slowing down and moving with the rhythm of life together.

🌙 Monday Reflection Intention in the Small Things
Hi beautiful souls 🤍 Today feels like a good day to move with intention. I’m thinking about going for a swim, charging my small camera, driving around the island, making content, and enjoying the water for a bit. I also want to create a new ritual jar for this Waxing Moon phase and collect some little nature treasures for it Later, when the sun goes down a bit (because wow… it is HOT here 😏), I’ll continue building and painting in the garden. Productive day… that’s the vision at least hahaha. It made me reflect on something though. There’s such a difference between just doing things and doing them with intention. When we slow down, even small things can become rituals. That’s why I love ritual jars. For me, they’re more than cute spiritual tools, they often reflect something deeper. The herbs, objects, or intentions we choose often say a lot about what we’re currently needing. -More peace -More protection -More discipline -More courage to let go Sometimes what we feel drawn to externally reflects something internally asking for attention. 🌿 Reflection for you: If you created a ritual jar today, what intention would you put into it… and what might that say about what you need right now? Have you ever worked with ritual jars, or would you like to learn more about them? Feel free to leave your vote.
🌙 Monday Reflection Intention in the Small Things
Monday reflection & Ritual jar.
Hi beautiful souls 🤍 We are starting this week with New Moon energy. A moment to slow down, reflect, set intentions and gently begin again. If you're curious about the current moon phase, you can find it here 🌙(link) My Monday honestly started a little chaotic 😭I had a therapy session this morning, overslept, had to rush around, and felt like I was already behind before the day even really started. And then... my coffee. The milk failed 3 times because the machine wasn't connected properly 😏 You know those mornings where everything feels just a little off? One thing after another. But here's the thing... We don't stay there. Not every day starts perfectly. Not every plan goes smoothly. Not every Monday arrives with motivation and magical energy. Sometimes life simply reminds us to slow down, breathe and start again. So instead of focusing on everything that went wrong, I decided to create something that brings me back to myself. Today I made a New Moon Intention Jar. I filled it with little treasures I've collected during my hikes and nature walks. Over time these treasures become part of my rituals, intention jars, altar work, reflections and spiritual practices. Every piece tells a story. This little jar is now holding the intentions I want to grow during this moon cycle. Inside Sacred Circle you'll learn how I create things like this, how I work with moon energy, nature, rituals and self-growth through lessons, live meetings and the personal experiences I share throughout my own journey. 🌙 Reflection Question What is one thing you want to leave behind with this New Moon... If you had your own intention jar today, what would you place inside it and why?

Friday affirmation & soul
In Between Cycles Hi beautiful souls 🤍 We are in the quiet space before the New Moon (14/15) A threshold moment, where endings and beginnings briefly overlap. The waning moon carries a release + integration energy, and right now it moves through a Gemini / Air influence. This makes the collective energy more mental than emotional, focused on thoughts, patterns, inner dialogue, and the stories we tell ourselves. It’s less about “feeling everything at once” and more about seeing clearly what’s been running in the background. The waning moon invites a kind of inner honesty. Not about becoming someone new yet… but about meeting yourself as you are right now. From a psychological perspective, this is where awareness expands: we begin to see patterns not as identity, but as learned responses. And that creates space. ✨ Affirmation:“I can release patterns without rejecting myself.” 🌙 Soul question: What am I currently outgrowing without fully realizing it, and what thought or belief is quietly shaping my actions right now? - personal soul question, answer For me it is, that I slowly get to feel again. emotions, self-love, the feeling of mattering. that my energy creates change. I am finally growing out of the phase in my cycle where I constantly told myself: no, you can’t do this, why would you do this, angel you just need to survive.no, beautiful souls… we don’t need to survive. I’m grateful that I’m outgrowing the version of me that stopped seeing the potential of life. because I genuinely love life. and everything that comes with it. And maybe that’s what this cycle is really about: not becoming someone new, but remembering what was always there. blessed weekend y’all
