Why I like to run ?
1:I like to run because for me is a kind of meditation method. (Long run) 2:I like to run because after every run I feel awesome and my thoughts become clearer. 3:I like to run because I want to challenge myself. 4:I like to run because I want to be better version of myself and running taught me that if you are consistent at one thing it’s certain that you will get better. 5: Because after long time I really enjoy this thing. 6: Running has taught me that the true essentials in life are food, water, and health and not the pursuit of luxury. 7: The best anti stress relief. 8: It has taught me that I am capable of of so much more that I ever imagined. 9: Because I got addicted to the feeling with the end of long run. 10: Because it’s the same as life…you get out of it what you put into it.
