Running has become somewhat popular, especially since 2020 . I myself, have always been a keen runner. I started running because I wanted to improve my fitness then I started getting into events./races and after awhile I got hooked and started to push myself seeing how far I could go.
Everyone is different when it comes to running, everybody is on a different journey so might be doing an event e.g. running a marathon or simply just for general fitness some don’t even run which is fine. I’m not in here too convince them to do it. For those who are what’s your purpose? Why do you run ?
