For me, it's not running. And being stick for a week now has been a nightmare.
But I guess I'm a bit of an exeption there.
I wanna hear your struggles, it can be in running as a hobby, or when training for a race, or keeping away injuries, or strength training, or fuelling on a long run. Or maybe you HATE the rain!
And how do you overcome it? Or do you?
Do you never run when it rains?
Do you never go to the gym?
Do you neve do mobility?
Do you never sign up to races?
Do you never run unless you're training for a race?
