What's a running habit you've picked up from someone else?
For me it's arm swing. I still suck at it. I sit a lot and for long periods during work and my commute. My arms tend to move very little when I run. But I run so much better every time I do pay attention to it. This is the work of my running group's trainer always shouting to use my arms. 😅
