Running Apps
Hi, all! My name’s David, and I’m new to the group. I live in the Washington, DC area, and my favorite food is phở. 🍜 My current spirit animal is the red-eyed tree frog, but that’s subject to change.
My question to the group (or to those who use iPhones): how do you set up your running/training apps to write to Apple Health? I use a Coros watch, and I plan to do some training via Nike Run Club. Do I turn off write permissions under NRC to avoid double reporting? Should I even link NRC to the Coros app? Or do I just listen to NRC while simply choosing Run on the Coros? Thanks, all.
