How does everyone handle their fueling during a race? I usually just wing it and go by feel, although that is likely why I DNF'd last year.
I was taking one Huuma gel about every 30 minutes and I was sipping on Tailwind the rest of the time. That is including whatever goodies I could find at the aid station. 😀
I have seen there are a few apps that help you dial in your nutrition. Has anyone used one? What ones do you recommend?
I do not want to leave anything to chance this year.
