Run 60/6 is the healthy way to learn to run.
It´s a training program, designed for beginners and those returning to running.
Based on run/walk intervals that increase from week to week.
In the first weeks there are just 2 runs in a week. As the program progresses, additional training sessions (strength & stabilization) and runs will be added. But never more than 3 runs (5 workouts) a week.
The best thing is that you always remain in control of the situation, because you decide how fast or easy you run. THE PACE IS YOURS ;)
