Disagreement doesn't create division

Some of the best conversations I've ever had were with people who saw the world differently than I did. They challenged my thinking, made me ask better questions, and helped me become a better leader.

If everyone around you agrees with everything you say, you're probably not growing.

Strong businesses aren't built by surrounding yourself with people who always tell you you're right. They're built by creating an environment where people can respectfully challenge ideas, solve problems together, and focus on finding the best solution.

Don't be afraid to think for yourself. Be willing to listen, be willing to learn, and be willing to change your mind when you find a better answer.

That's not weakness. That's leadership. 👊
