Hello Everyone, im a Rope Dart Academy Instructor known as Cass Cradles, I started Rope Dart in 2015 as a form of self defense for my skateboard trip across the United States. Since returning Rope Dart has become my main focus, I've been teaching at fire festivals across the United States and founded my own Rope Dart Retreat know as Dart Arts that has attracted dartists from all around the world. I uncovered new Rope dart techniques known as cradle wraps and pioneered this new tech style of rope dart thats used by hundreds of dartists. Join me on this journey to explore what is possible with a rope dart and become a member of the growing international community that has some of the best, most supportive people in it.
