Not going to lie, I’ve been a little MIA in here the past couple days 🤧
I didn’t go live yesterday because I’ve been fighting off being sick but I still wanted to show up and share what I have been doing to take care of myself!
Nothing crazy or complicated just trying to take care of my body the best way in this situation!
• Getting outside for a walk and soaking up some vitamin D ☀️
• Sleeping… a LOT😅
• Staying on top of my hydration (hydration sticks have been a lifesaver)
• Drinking my essential amino acids to keep my body supported
• eating even though nothings sounds great
It’s a good reminder that taking care of yourself doesn’t always mean pushing harder… sometimes it means slowing down and giving your body what it actually needs.
If you’re not feeling 100% right now too, don’t feel like you have to go all in just do what you can 💛
