There is no pressure to participate straight away. You’re welcome to arrive quietly and take things at your own pace. 🍃 Why I created Rooted & Rising
I wanted to share a little about why I created Rooted & Rising. Over time I’ve seen how many people quietly carry the weight of difficult experiences — things like loss, relationship breakdown, stress, trauma, or simply feeling lost about where life is heading. Often people feel like they have to figure it all out alone. I created Rooted & Rising as a gentle space for people who want to reconnect with themselves, build confidence again, and learn simple tools that support emotional wellbeing. A place for small steps forward. A place to pause, breathe, and grow. If you’re on a journey of rebuilding, healing, or simply trying to find a little more calm in life, you’re very welcome here🌻

New updated course in the classroom
I've updated my breathing for safety course to help support your nervous system during moments of stress or overwhelm. The course includes: 🍃A short guided breathing video 🍃Simple grounding exercises 🍃Small daily practices to help you slow down and reconnect your calm 🍃A printable "breathing for safety" pdf work sheet you can save to your device and/or print Each lesson is short and designed to be taken at your own pace. If you'd like to try it you can find it in the Classroom section. Sometimes the most powerful step we can take is simply to pause and breathe. If you do try it, feel free to share how you get on 🌻
