Reflection: What is God asking you to obey today? Deliverance begins with OBEDIENCE. Scripture shows us this pattern again and again: Naaman was healed when he obeyed the word of the Prophet Elijah and washed himself in the Jordan—even when it didn’t make sense. (2 Kings 5:10–14) The blind man received his sight when he obeyed Jesus and washed in the Pool of Siloam. (John 9:6–7) The Israelites were healed when they looked at the bronze serpent in obedience to God’s instruction. (Numbers 21:8–9) Jericho fell when Joshua and the people obeyed—walking, waiting, and trusting God’s timing. (Joshua 6:2–5) Their breakthrough was not in knowing what to do. It was in doing what God said. Even salvation follows this pattern: We confess. We believe. We accept. (Romans 10:9) Obedience may feel small in the moment. But it carries the power to unlock healing, freedom, clarity, and victory. Your deliverance may be waiting on the other side of your “yes.”
