🌙 Let’s talk about cycle syncing (in a simple way)
You’ll hear me talk about cycle syncing in here, so I want to explain what that actually means, without making it complicated. Cycle syncing is simply the idea that your body (and your skin) does not operate the same way every day of the month. Hormones rise and fall. Inflammation changes. Oil production shifts. Healing capacity changes. And your skin responds to all of it. Instead of using the same routine, expectations, or intensity all month long, cycle syncing invites us to work with those changes instead of fighting them. so, you’re probably asking, what does this look like in real life? Depending on where you are in your cycle (or even your stress level if you don’t menstruate), your skin might: • be calm and resilient one week • feel inflamed or sensitive another • suddenly clog or break out • heal beautifully and then stall None of that means you’re doing something wrong. It usually means your body is shifting. Cycle syncing helps us: • understand why skin changes happen • know when to support vs. when to treat • avoid overdoing actives at the wrong time • reduce frustration and panic decisions 🌿 Important note there is no one size fits all approach to syncing, it’s about learning to listen to your body and becoming aware of the changes and adapting WITH them.
