Are you isolating yourself?
Many times, when we have been hurt, we go into a period of isolation. We don't want to be near anyone or talk to anyone. We feel like we want to be alone. 😔😔😔 And while, I have been there, I know that can also bring on depression and feelings of despair. On one hand you do not want anyone to talk to you and on the other hand you wonder why others are not reaching out to you. This becomes more than a temporary period of time. It festers into you consistently being alone. Just you and your thoughts... Before too long people stop reaching out all together and the feeling of loneliness turns into anger, resentment, and you cannot find your way out. 😔 How many of you have felt that way? How did your recover?
