Luxurious Real Estate Properties ($250Mi Worth)
Seeking some advice...
I have a friend who is a real estate agent.
He asked me and wants to collaborate with me
Currently, they have 50 listings from $5Mil to $6Mil. You can imagine how beautiful these properties are.
How would you go about finding those buyers?
He suggested a typical funnel, but a Ronin doesn't think that is the best idea
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. If you have dealt with something like this, or have innovative ideas, or have a list of buyers who can help, and we get buyers, I will give you a cut.
