*Huge buyers list.

*Lots of prospects.

*A clearly different and desirable offer.

*and an owner who has such a hot offer he can't keep up.

I had a person in mind...

And the first thing I checked?

... was if he was RELIABLE by making Ronin payments ON TIME.

He was!

BUT...

I would've found someone else.

I love everybody.

But I can't in good conscience recommend someone who doesn't keep their agreements.
