Couple of potential deals on the cards for Ronin here

Hey Ronin, I haven’t even been through much of the material in here but as Travis says, use it as you need it so…

I have 2 potential deals on the cards rn and I’m curious if I you and I hold the cards we both need for a royal flush (look at you using Ronin lingo already you crafty mf).

1) I have a mindset coach who uses hypnotherapy to help businesspeople get out of their way and do better mentally and financially (rough description). They’ve got a group coaching offer ($3k) and a 1-1 coaching offer ($15k, previously sold at $10k) that they could use some new customers for.

I’m wondering if anyone here has access to such a list of business owners who might be a good fit for this kind of offer.

2) I know someone who has a newsletter (about 30k active) in the business, finance and real estate niche. ICP is basically people who are interested in business, wanna do better financially or intend to invest in real estate.

Curious if any of y’all know a coach who might have an offer in one of those niches and would be open to a deal.
