Hi, can I please get a refund on this month's membership. There was no sign-up email, no reminder emails, nothing to notify me of my subscription. I have paid for the first month and thought I cancelled it immediately, however just saw another charge. I have now cancelled it again and would like to request a refund and confirmation of the cancellation. Thank you.
