I’m working on converting new free members inside my Skool community instead of just letting them wander around.

My current path is: New member joins → I DM them to Welcome them → then I tag them in the Start Here post then a couple days later → I send them a DM with the “What Happens Next” page inside Start Here: Choose Your Path → they self-identify which path fits them best → I help route them toward the right next step.

The page is meant to help people decide whether they need more clarity, more support, more visibility, a business/opportunity conversation, or a deeper level of help.
