BBQ Sunday: Queijo Coalho
Queijo Coalho is a brazilian non melting cheese that you typically find in Brazilian beaches sold roasted on a stick. It's one of my favorite beach treats.
By the way, the competition or the Roaster of the Week is still very easy. If you want to win, 3 good roasts are enough to get you from 0 to top. Tomorrow the winner will be announced and get a pinnes promotion post at the top for a whole week, as well as having that post in my classroom at the trophy case. was the first winner and months after he won he still got members from here.
