What is being more challenging for your business right now?
I know it can be several things at once, but try to think about the one thing you wish you could solve right now to keep going?

@Kai Cerar Do you think you audience is among those who are tired of using Duolingo? I can imagine so many people love it while also needing that next step (all the next steps basically) because so many people hit a ceiling at some point... With any language learning app I suppose. I can imagine having a tired of Duolingo, ready for more (or something like that) could help so much in finding those quality leads!

I looked up to people who seemed to have everything. I guess that's what I wanted to. Now I look up to people who are kind, genuine, you get the idea even/especially when they don't have everything.
Idea to drive engagement
My All-In-One Growth Engine tool has three tiers Core, Premium and VIP each with its own set of growth tools. I'm thinking of doing the following and wanted your opinions. Should I run this? Each week I check the leaderboard daily letting people know standings and at the end of the week whoever is in the number one position - I open a growth tool from the tier above their level for them for free for the next week. Any tool they want. I think this will drive engagement and give people a chance to try higher tier tools for free if they put the effort in.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Great advice! @Joe Sargent In addition to what Paulo shared, you don't want your members to engage only for the sake of unlocking something. It's nice, but it's also likely that the engagement won't last for too long and that you'd have to continue giving things away for free to get people to be active and engage again. Finding out what makes your members feel connected is generally much more valuable to your community and the engagement.
What activities are you giving to people in your community?
A common roast I give here is a very frequent mistake for people and that I also made when I joined skool. They focus too much on what they are providing inside and not enough on what the members will be doing. If you're focusing on what you're providing, if you're centering your skool on you and your content, you're not building a community. You're just using skool as a funnel to sell your infoproducts and services. And that's not wrong, it's just underusing the potential of this platform. So how are you giving incentives for people to engage inside your space? Here are some ways you can do it: - Competitions, challenges, gamification - Support - Shoutouts - Exposure opportunities - Accountability - Regular live events (where people do more than just listen to you) - Feedback (the whole premisse of this community) I always take those points into consideration when I'm sharing a community idea. Those are some of the things that makes the community feel less like a funnel where people can just consume and ditch and more like an exciting place where people can keep coming back to.
