BBQ Sunday: Beef Wellington
Beef Wellington is a fancy dish where puff pastry is wrapped around beef tenderloin, prosciutto and duxelles, baked then sliced into portions to serve. I never had it and never went to a place that served it. But recently I kept seeing videos of people making it and now I want it. I wonder if and ever had it.
Anyway, tomorrow we will announce the first Roaster of Week of June. The winner will have a pinned post ad at the very top for a whole week and also earn a pinterest post that I'll submit to Pinterest Games for extra reach.
