Growing the community (free membership)
Folks, i'd a few dm's which i'm just getting back to over the Christmas asking could people introduce their friends to this community. In short, yes. But i wanted to setup a scheme where you are winning when you do. If you invite a friend (use the invite link) you'll get 40% of their monthly fee forever. Low Cadence work
I’ve read that the data on low cadence work is inconclusive with some tests showing gains and others showing no gains. Then there’s the added risk of injury to the knee that comes from the increase in torque. On the other side we see pros regularly utilising this training method. Where do you stand on this esp as you have prescribed this as part of your sessions.
Daily accountability
Did you ride today? I've had my first 0 since getting back training this winter. Woke up with some sort of stomach bug. Could probably squeeze a Z1 ride out but electing for a full recovery day.
