Great to have you here. This community is built for riders who believe their best chapter on the bike is still ahead. Whether you want to get fitter, faster, leaner, stronger or simply fall back in love with cycling, you’re in the right place. Before we get rolling, let’s get to know each other. Drop a quick intro under the "introduce yourself tab" in "communities" • Who are you • Where you’re riding from • Your cycling goals • And most importantly… a pic of your bike This is a community of support, accountability and shared passion. The more we show up, the more powerful this space becomes. Looking forward to meeting you all and helping you write the next chapter in your cycling story. Let’s get after it. You’re not done yet.

Growing the community (free membership)
Folks, i'd a few dm's which i'm just getting back to over the Christmas asking could people introduce their friends to this community. In short, yes. But i wanted to setup a scheme where you are winning when you do. If you invite a friend (use the invite link) you'll get 40% of their monthly fee forever. So if you refer 2.5 people you'd be getting your coaching for free.

Midwest gravel...dreaming up training trips
Now that I have a spring race goal, I'm facing down LONG hours indoors until realistically...April. So, to all my midwest US friends, do you have any favorite gravel rides I can plan a trip around?? Hoping not to drive toooo long, I can hit Nashville after one long day of driving, that would be the max but southern Indiana might fit the bill if there's good gravel to be had. (I'm in northern lower peninsula of Michigan) Ideas??
Pacing and power during outdoor rides
I have spent a few months training on the turbo and using erg mode for my tempo/ threshold efforts. I did my ride outside today and was surprised but how poor my pacing and feel had got. Using erg seems to have made my legs lazy and not actually knowing ow to put out smooth consistent power when doing efforts. Interesting in thought on if erg mode is to blame for my poor outdoor pacing?
