Wednesday Hump Day Motivation
This is what google was saying to me for ideas on overcoming mid week slumps : Wednesday motivation focuses on overcoming the "hump day" slump through mid-week reflection, gratitude, and setting small, actionable goals to boost productivity. Key ideas include reviewing goals, tackling tough tasks, practicing self-care, or using inspiring quotes to boost energy for the remainder of the week. Do any of you use these tips and if so how do you incorporate them? Or do you find other things that work well for you? Spent too much time looking after Caoimhe over the last few days as she has her first race next week. Feeling a lot more flat for it to be honest šŸ˜† Definitely feels quite different living in Ireland compared to Spain too. It’s so easy to leave the house and just go for a walk when the weather is that bit better. Even going to the local shop for an Aquarius. Might be the fact that I live in rural Ireland but even still I feel like it’s so much easier to leave the house when the weather is that bit better. The darker, winter days here definitely are a big change too - I don’t know how some of you do it when you are snowed in for months on end at this time of year.

FTP test
Tomorrow I am going to do my first ever FTP test as part of the onboarding with Matthew and Anthony. Matthew gave me a power range to aim for. I feel like I am going to mess it up 😁. Should I aim to be conservative? All advice welcome!
HIDIT
I got a session planned for tomorrow titled HIDIT, any ideas what it means. The session is a mixed power outputs with some 30/30’s, some decreasing time vo2 blocks and some other bits. Is it a typo or am I just being thick
