New community resources - Stretching guide
Quick one on stretching, because most of us are brutal at it 😅 (and i'd a few dm's asking about it) If you’re training hard and not stretching, you’re basically leaving free gains on the table. Tight muscles mean more niggles, higher injury risk, and legs that feel needlessly heavy. Loosening out those knots helps the micro tears from training repair properly and keeps you turning the pedals smoothly. Couple of big wins from a simple stretching routine: - Less chance of pulling something stupid in a sprint or hard effort - Easier to hold a lower aero position - Faster recovery so you’re not waddling around the day after intervals - Built‑in “off switch” after a session to actually relax and wind down Rule of thumb: dynamic stuff (leg swings, controlled movements) before you ride, slower static holds after. You don’t need an hour. Five to ten minutes after each ride adds up fast. You can find the new guide here https://www.skool.com/roadmancycling/classroom/6ab286a4?md=4b76d71cde6d4f6fba4ccfe6ddb55c8e
