Run Lift Compete Performance Club is the Community Home for RLC Group Coaching. In this community you will connect with other Athletes who are in the Group Community with you. As Regional Race Director for HYROX I firmly believe HYROX is a sport for EVERYBODY and it's my goal to make every level of athlete feel welcome and accepted.
We have three programme levels:
  • First Race - 5 sessions/week (av. 4–6 hours pw)
  • Sessions: 45–60 mins, with one building to 90 mins (2 strength, 2 runs, 1 conditioning)
  • Focus: Build consistency, running volume, and fitness for your first HYROX.
  • SUB 90 - Up to 6 sessions/week (av. 5–7 hours pw)
  • Sessions: 60 mins, with 1–2 building to 90 mins
  • Focus: Increase volume, sharpen your engine, and push towards a sub-90 finish.
  • SUB 75 - 6–7 sessions/week (av. 6–10 hours pw)
  • Sessions: 60–75 mins, with 1–2 building to 90+ mins
  • Focus: Build a wide base, extend long sessions, and chase a sub-75 goal.
