Wellbeing for Everyday Life
Welcome everyone. One of my main aims is to educate people about wellbeing, but I'm a big believer in being able to fit wellbeing practices into everyday life. People are busy, and we can't all easily take time out all of the time for our wellbeing. Making your wellbeing practice manageable and sustainable means you will be more likely to spend time taking care of yourself and your family, and be able to make it a part of your routine.
