Busy Parents Tired of Clutter? - I need Beta Testers
Hello everyone, I'm running a virtual version of my A Clean Room, A Clear Mind workshop. This is for parents tired of nagging their kids to clean up, tired of chasing missing homework or school equipment. There are two session. The first is this Saturday, April 11th. 10am - 1130am EST. You can sign up here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/a-clean-room-a-clear-mind-empowering-parents-to-raise-successful-kids-registration-1986806202836?aff=oddtdtcreator The 2nd one is Thursday, April 16th, 10am-1130am EST. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/a-clean-room-a-clear-mind-empowering-parents-to-raise-successful-kids-registration-1986806514769?aff=oddtdtcreator After attending the workshop, the expectation is that you will provide detailed feedback about what works well and what did not. If it was helpful, a testimonial to help me market future events. This is normally a paid event and feedback about value would also be helpful.

REPLAY: Day 2 of the Sit the F*** Down 5-Day Equinox R.E.S.E.T.
Day 2 of the R.E.S.E.T. framework centered around an action (or anti-action) word that can be either freeing or overwhelming depending on our state of mind, work, and overall life: explore. Today we had a very interesting conversation as we discussed all of the different ways that the concept of "exploration" can be interpreted: as a way of stretching your imagination to its limit, doing research, laying foundations for bigger goals and dreams, as a way of trying on a new set of routines and rituals for size, or as a means of preparation for future life phases as current phases wind down. We also talked about resistance to exploration being a natural sign of progressing to the next stop on the framework: simplify. Thank you to @Alli Myatt, @Evan Birkhead, @Sharon Hurley Hall, @Meaghan Vaughan, @Stacy Casson and @Jillian Love for joining us today! For those watching the replay, here's one simply prompt for you: what could a short, manageable exploration practice built into your everyday routines or rituals look like? See you all tomorrow for Day 2!
