Too many people struggle quietly. Too many people carry things alone because they think nobody wants to hear it or they don’t want to burden anyone.
And too often we only realize someone needed us after it’s too late.
Today we’re going to change that.
Your Mission
Take 10 minutes today and call one person in your life.
Not text.
Not a social media message.
Not a meme.
Call them.
Who Should You Call?
Think of someone who:
Has been quiet lately
Might be going through a rough time
Always says “I’m fine” but you’re not sure they are
Or simply someone you appreciate but haven’t talked to in a while
What Do You Say?
It doesn’t need to be complicated.
Just say something like:
“Hey man, I was thinking about you and wanted to check in. How are you really doing?”
Then listen.
You don’t need to solve their problems.
Just showing up matters more than you realize.
Bonus Rockstar Move
After you make the call, come back here and comment:
“I called my mate.”
No details needed—just let the community know you showed up.
