Currently, we manage financial strategies involving Real Estate in the Recreation hemisphere (now retired) from Disney, being involved with many iconic projects. ie Marvel, Lucas Arts, Toy Story, Spider-Man, and many other iconic projects from conception to buy-off.
Our focus on RV park (with amenities) MHP, ADU, and Storage Facilities, primarily in the sunbelt. These asset class investment types have good cash on cash returns. A lot of sellers are our age so we can relate to the sellers. We also see the need for iconic branding to bring focus and value into the RV and Storage industries. I can see us both leaving a legacy and we would love to include your team in that process.
