Making Money Coming and Going. What is a very profitable business that uses many of the same tools and makes killer money and nobody wants to do?

We were intentional about everything we did. The junk removal business was a business; however, the resale of the items began to overshadow the amount of money we were making from a traditional junk removal business.

Finding an inexpensive place to work from that is not too remote. People buying off of Marketplace and Craigslist will travel to save money.

Multiple profit centers can spin off from a junk removal business. The most obvious one is scrap metal, followed by demolition, and one type of demolition in particular. And it does not require an additional license in most areas.

Selling scrap metal to a recycling center is an easy way to earn money from discarded items. While the value depends on the type of metal and current market conditions, non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, and aluminum are particularly valuable.

Removing flooring is very profitable (if it also sucks if you don't know how to do it correctly), and learning how to do fast (by using the right tools) helps you make great money, create tons of extra business, and make you very popular.
