Calming frequencies
We all know that our society took away many things that were natural for us, actions, lifestyle, culture and…frequencies. What we call standard tuning at 440Hz is one of those. 1953, a worldwide agreement solidified 440 Hz as the tuning standard for the note A, which some claim causes anxiety or tension. 432 Hz is the "Natural" Frequency. This lower frequency is more aligned with the "natural resonance" of the universe and offers healing. Many people (me included) believe that this frequency was intentionally suppressed in popular music. In fact… If you listen to medieval music or sang poems they all sound “different”, more natural. What do you think?

Reflection
Which frequency range you enjoy the most? Everyone of us has a favorite frequency range. The range in which we can feel emotions and energy. For example I like to listen to 432Hz frequency at the end of the day. 528Hz is also another good frequency for relaxing. Which is yours?
