閒置已久的電子郵件📧
剛好因禍得福有了休息時間
我打了信件，有好幾萬封廣告信件一直沒有讀取
之前一直拖延放著
覺得很不想花時間去看信，不想處理
反正也是放著而已
此時休息讓我想好好整理
我開始取消訂閱，開始刪除信件
心裡舒坦很多
我對應了老師的空間經絡
好像對應膀胱經（？
不是很確定是不是，但近期確實覺得膀胱不舒服😭
