WTH You Can’t import into REDTAIL?!?!

Ok so we are working on transitioning from wealthbox to redtail. As we are preparing our workflows it was news to us today to find out today that we cannot import contacts with a CSV file (that didn’t schedule through g reminders) into redtail. We were told The only way to import via CSV file is by emailing a file to their customer service team?!

Is this anyone else’s experience? What work around or system integrations are you using to feed the additional contacts into the redtail CRM?

The reason why this is important is we have 150+ leads a week that need to be imported into our CRM each week From Seminars, Radio, TV, FB, Website etc

Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
