I'm a former Marine, therapist, husband and father. I've had a few hard seasons of life, and I've leaned on faith and fundamentals to get me through them.
I'm a firm believer that achieving any goal is less about endless learning and more about repeated execution, preferably with others in the same boat.
That's what this community is.
I developed some frameworks along the way, ones I can simplify and teach and ones I've delivered in a clinical setting for over 8 years. Whatever your goal is, I feel confident we can get you closer to the outcome you want.
