Day 7 — Decision Day
This is the line. You’ve made it through the week. Now decide who you are. Not in words. In action. Today’s task: Do one thing that proves you’re not going back to your old habits. Something uncomfortable. Something real. Then post: “I’m not going back.” And what you did. This is your line in the sand.

Day 6 — Identity Check
This is the real work. Not tasks. Not checklists. Identity. Who you are shows up in what you do daily. Right now, be honest: Are you consistent? Or do you quit when it gets uncomfortable? Today’s task: Write this down and answer it truthfully: “What kind of person am I when things get hard?” Then choose one action today that proves a stronger identity. Post both below. No lying.

You’re Just Distracted
Most people think they need more time to succeed. They don’t. They need better focus. Distraction is the silent killer of potential, it feels harmless in the moment, but over time it steals your future. Epictetus challenges a powerful idea: At what point do you finally demand more from yourself? Because until that moment comes… you’ll keep choosing what’s easy over what matters.

Our Goals
We like to think our goals define us. They don’t. Your identity is built through repetition , the small, daily actions that most people ignore. James Clear’s idea is simple but brutal: Every action is a vote. And over time, those votes stack up… until they become you. So if you don’t like where you are, don’t change your goals. Change your votes.
