For 24 years I played football while working as an information advice and guidance worker in the community I live in.
Life throws many challenges at you and I’m going through some right now.
Type 2 diabetes, weight gain and lack of discipline are my weaknesses right now, but a challenge and hard work is what matters in trying to become a better version of yourself.
