Tomorrow Marks 20 Years!
Since I quit my day job and pursued multiple streams of income! Owning rentals, flipped some houses (not my thing), learned the note business, bought some non-performing notes and got them performing (this was and is my thing!), did some online training (also my thing), affiliate marketing (I need to do more of that). July 8th 2005 I walked out never to look back!

Retire wealthy with multiple streams of income! Build these streams one by one. Get one going then work on the next. NO: stocks bonds mutual funds!
